Know all men by these presents that I George M Galpin
of Newnansville in Alachua County, Florida, for an in
consideration of the sum of one dollar paid to me by
George L. Brown of the aforesaid State and County, the
receipt of which I hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and do grant, bargain, sell
and convey, unto the said George L. Brown, the following
lots or parcels of land lying and being in the Town of
Newnansville aforesaid, and situated and described as follows,
