Alachua County   }  Be it known that I Hannah
E Galpin, wife of George M Galpin, party to the foregoing 
mortgage deed, do hereby in consideration of the sum of one
dollar, paid to me by George L. Brown, of the aforesaid
State and County, renounce and relinquish and release
to the said George L. Brown and his heirs and assigns, all
my right of Dower and thirds in and to said lots of land and
premises mentioned and described in said deed of Mortgage, 
which I now have or which I may hereafter have, and also
all my right, title and interest and all my claim therein and
thereto.

                       Know all men by these presents that
I Robt Youngblood Justice of the Peace in and for
said County this day proceeded to take the private examination
of Hannah E. Galpin, wife of the said George M. Galpin,
separate and apart from her said Husband George M.
Galpin, touching her voluntary assent to the foregoing
deed of conveyance, and of relinquishment of Dower therein.
  Whereupon she the said Hannah E. Galpin, declares that
she voluntarily assents to the said conveyance and that she
executed the same freely and voluntarily of her own accord
without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of the said George M. Galpin, her husband, or of any other 
person.
