And I do hereby promise to made punctual
payment of the rent in manner aforesaid except in
Case the Premises become Untenantable from fire
or Any other Cause, when the rent is to cease; And
do further promise to Quit- and Surrender the Premises
at the expiration of the term, in as good State and
Condition as reasonable Use & Wear thereof will permit
damages by the Elements Excepted

Isabell Mott of Said State & County for and in consideration
of the natural love and affection which I have and bear for my
My Daughter Susan Colson of the Same place And for and in
Consideration of the Sum of five Dollars Cash in hand paid
by the Said Susan Colson the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do by these present give and grant unto my Said Daughter Susan
Colson and to the heirs of her body by her present husband William
Colson Forty Eight head of Stock Cattle with their Increase and
One (1) Feather Bed and clothing for the bed with the marked
brand of the Cattle Which in pail handle in one Ear & Sharp
in the other branded With M and flower deluse (M*) to have &
to hold the Said named property to her the Said Susan Colson
And the heirs of her body by her present husband who is William
Colson and assigns forever
