I hereby for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Three hundred Dollars assign transfer & Set over Unto
Simeon Dell of Alachua County all my right title and
interest in and to the within Contract & to his heirs & assign
forever
     Provided if I Shall Well and truly pay unto the
Said Simeon Dell Within thirty days the Said Sum of Three
hundred Dollars then this assignment to be void
     Witness my hand this 7th May 1849

that I Solomon Warren of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida For and in consideration of the Sum of Eleven
Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Simeon Dell of the
Said County and State at or before the Sealing & Delivery
of these presents the receipt Whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained and Sold and by these presents
do grant bargain and Sell Unto the Said Simeon Dell
his Executors administrators and assigns the following
described property to Wit One Negro Woman Slave
