This Indenture made the Eleventh day of May One
thousand Eight hundred & forty nine Between George R. Fairbanks
and Sarah C. his wife of the County of St. Johns of the first part and
Charles L. Wilson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the Sum of Nine hundred and ninety
Seven Dollars and Twenty five cents lawful money of the United
States to them in hand paid by the Said party of the Second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said party of the
Second part his heirs executors and administrators, forever
released and discharged from the Same, by these presents, have
granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, remised, released, Conveyed and Confirmed
And by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, remise, release,
Convey and Confirm Unto the Said party of the Second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever, All that certain
tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida known and described as Sec.
Nineteen of Township Nine and Range Nineteen of the Arredondo
Grant So called Containing Six Hundred and thirty-five (635)
Acres be the same more or less and being the Same tract
