Know all men by these presents that I Sarah C. Fairbanks
for and in consideration of the provisions of the hereinbefore recited
Indenture and also the Sum of Ten Dollars to me in hand paid do
hereby renounce release and relinquish unto the Said Charles
L. Wilson all my right claim or equity of dower in and to
the premises described in the aforesaid Indenture as fully as
I could or might do the Same
     Witness my hand & Seal this third day of Sept. 1849

                     Personally appeared before me Sarah C. Fairbanks
to me well known and acknowledged that She had executed the
foregoing Indenture and the above relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her Said husband and I certify that Such acknowledgment
and declaration were made Separately and apart from her
Said husband  St. Augustine Sept. 3rd 1849
