This Indenture Made this Eleventh day of May in the year
of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and forty nine between
Charles L. Wilson and Lydia his wife of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the first part and George R. Fairbanks of
the County of St. Johns State of Florida of the Second part
     Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred and forty Seven
Dollars and twenty-five cents to them in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
And Sold and by these presents released enfeofed and
Confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
release enfeoff And confirm Unto the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Alachua
and State of Florida known and described as Section Nineteen
Township nine Range Nineteen of the Arredondo grant So called
containing Six hundred and thirty-five 20/100 Acres be the
Same more or less and being the Same tract or parcel
of Land conveyed by Moses E. Levy of the County of St. Johns
to the Said George R. Fairbanks by Deed bearing date the third
day of March 1849 and which hath this day been conveyed
by Said George R. Fairbanks and Sarah his wife to the
Said Charles L. Wilson. Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging. To have and to hold the above bargained premises
to the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
to the Sole and only proper use benefit and behoof of the Said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
     Provided always and these presents and upon
this express Condition that if the Said party of the first part
his heirs Executors or administrators Shall well and truly
pay or cause to be paid to the party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns the full and Just Sum of Seven
Hundred and forty Seven dollars & Twenty five cents in manner
following viz One third part thereof upon the first day of
Jany 1851, One third part thereof on the first day of Jany
1852, and the remaining third part thereof on the first day
of Jany 1853 with Interest ***** upon the whole amount
at the rate of Six per cent to be paid at the respective
