time of payment according to the condition of a certain
Bond or Writing Obligatory bearing even date herewith executed
by the Said party of the first part to the Said party of the Second
part, then these presents and the Said bond or writing obligatory
Shall cease determine and be well and void

Know all men by these present that I Charles L.
Wilson of the County of Alachua State of Florida am held
and firmly bound Unto Geo.R. Fairbanks of the County of
St. Johns And State aforesaid in the full and Just Sum of
Two Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States to the
payment of which well and truly to be made Unto the Said
George R. Fairbanks his heirs Executors administrators or
Assigns. I bind myself my heirs executors and administrators
firmly by these presents Sealed with my Seal and dated the
Eleventh day of May AD 1849
     Whereas the Said Charles L. Wilson hath
purchased of the Said George R. Fairbanks a tract
of Land Known as Section Nineteen of Township Nine
