That the said John R. Denton party of the second part
and his heirs and the said above mentioned and discribed
messages and tenements and tract of land hereditaments
and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be
with the appurtenances unto the said John R. Denton party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns against him
the said Abraham Mott, party of the first part and his
heirs and assigns against all and every other person and
persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under
him them or any of them shall and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents,
In witness the said Abraham Mott party of the first
part, has hereunto set his had and affixed his seal
by servant, this 8th day of December in the year of our
Lord first above mentioned,
