This Indenture made this twelfth day of
December in the year 1849, between Mary C. Taylor and William
H. Taylor Thomas G. Taylor and Emma E. Taylor by E.V. Joice their
Guardian all of the state of New York of the first part and David
Mizzel of Alachua County Florida of the second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
One Hundred and one 20/100 Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is by hereby acknowledged Have
granted bargained sold and transfered and do by hereby grant bargain
sell and transfer to the said David Mizzel his heirs and assigns
forever all those certain tracts of land situate in said county known
as section 6, Township 11, Range 22, Containing 515 47/100 acres more or
less, and section 23 Township 11, Range 21, Containing 644 88/100 acres
more or less to have and to hold to said David Mizzel his heirs and
assigns forever with the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging
and the said parties of the first part the said lands above described
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns will
forever warrant and defend against all and every person whomsoever

Clerk of the Circuit Court of the counties of Alachua & Levy Counties George
L. Brown whose name appears to the foregoing instrument of
writing and made oath that he was a subscribing witness to
the same and that he saw the above named George R. Fairbanks
attorney execute and deliver the same.
