doings as such attorney as though the same were done made made

Sec 5, 6, 19 T 12 R 20 Secs 15 & 3 of T 12, R 18 T 12 R 20 Sect 19
in the Counties of Alachua & Marion the State of Florida -
Now know ye that I the said Fredrick Marguand have made
and approve Geo. R. Fairbanks of St. Augustine Florida my true
and lawful attorney for me and in my name to lease the
said lands or any part thereof to such person or persons
for such a term or number of years and or under such
yearly and other rents as he shall think fit or otherwise
to sell and dispose of the same absolutely in fee simple
for such price or sum or money and to such person
