any intruder or intruders prevent any trespass and for
the recovery of any damages against any trespasser or trespassers
by reason of our lawful possession detainer or wrong doing upon
the lands before mentioned or any portion thereof.
Giving and granting unto our said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might
or could do if personally present with full power of substitut-
tion and revocation hereby ratifying and confirming also this
our said attorney or his subsitute shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue hereof.
