Know all men by these presents that we Roman B.Sanchez &
Joseph Simeon Sanchez Jnr. of the County of Alachua State of 
Florida for and in Consideration of the Sum of Eight Hundred
dollars to me in hand paid have granted, bargained, Sold, and by
these do grant bargain, Sell, and Convey unto Zilpha Standley of
the County and aforesaid All our interest being two thirds or
Two Hundred and Sixty Six & 66 1/3/100 Acres 266 66 1/3/100 of a
certain grant of Land lying in what is called Cooley or San-
felasco Hammock granted to John Sanchez by the Spanish Goverment
and confirmed to the heirs of Said John Sanchez decd Containing
four Hundred acres and bounded as follows, Begining at a Red Oak
Marked x S25 95 Chs. N25 E of a line runs S65 E26 46 Chs. from
the N.E.L of Francis R. Sanchez Claim, Thence 92 SW 70 to Water
Oak Marked XS Thence S.656.57. 50 to Willow Marked +S. Thence
N256.70 Chs. Corner in a deep pond, Thence N65 W57.50.Chs to
place of beginning with all and Singular the appurtennances, and
all the rights, title, interests, Claims, and demand of us or 
either of us in the premises; to have and to hold the Same with
the apurtenances unto the Said Zilpha Standley and her heirs
in fee Simple forever.
     And we the Said Roman B. Sanchez and Joseph Simeon Sanchez
Jnr. for. b ourselves and our heirs do hereby Covenant and agree
to and with the Said Zilpha Standley and her heirs & assigns
that we are now the owner of the Said premises, and are Seized
of a good and indefeasible estate of inheritance therin, and 
thus we have full power and rights to Sell and Convey the Said
in fee Simple absolute; that the Said premises are free and 
clear of all incumbrances; that the Said Zelpha Standley her 
heirs and Assigns may forever hereafter have, hold, posses, and 
enjoy the Same without any Suit Notations or interruptions by
any person What Soever, lawfully Claiming any rights therein and
thus we the Said Roman R. Sanchez and Joseph Simeon Sanchez Jnr.
and all persons hereafter Claiming under us will at anytime 
hereafter & at the request and expense of the Said Zilpha Stand-
ley her heirs & Assigns make all Such further assurances for the
more effectual Conveying of the Said premises with the appur-
tenances as may be reasonably required by her or them and that
we the Said Roman B. Sanchez and Joseph Simeon
