This Indenture made this third day of
January 1850 between Charles W.Brush and Eugene Vanness
Executors of the Estate of N. Brush deceased parties of the first
part and Cornelius Rains of the County of Alachua of Second
party of the second part.
Witnesseth That Whereas Nehemiah Brush
late of the City of New York now deceased by his last will and
Testament and codicil thereto appointed the parties of the first
part together with John H. Brush now deceased the Executors
of Said last will & Testament. And Wherein the Said
Testator by Said last will and Testament Authorized his Said
Executors to Convey by good and Sufficent deed of Conveyance
any and every part of his real Estate as they might think proper
