To have and to hold all and Singular the above
described and hereby conveyed premises with appurtenances
unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and Assigns
forever and the Said parties of the first part will warrant
and forever defend the Said party of the Second part against
any and every person or persons lawfully Claiming the Same
In Witness Whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto

of January 1850 personally came before me Charles W. Brush
and acknowledged that he had executed the above
writing for the purpose therein mentioned for himself
and Eugene Van ness having full power so to do as
Executors of the Estate of N. Brush deceased and
I certify that I personally Know the Said Brush and
that he executed the Said paper and that
Said Eugene Van ness are the persons therein described
