Know all men by these presents that we Roman B.
Sanchez and Joseph Simeon Sanchez Jnr of the County
of Alachua State of Florida for and in Consideration of
the Sum of Twenty five Dollars to us in hand paid
have granted bargained Sold and by these presents do
grant, bargain Sell and Convey unto George M. Galpin
of the County and State aforesaid all those Certain lots or
parcels of land Situated in the Town of Newnansville
county of Alachua & State aforesaid and designated
on the Map of Said Town as Lots Number Six (6) and
Seven (7) On half Range North of Range No one With
all and Singular the apurtenances and all the
rights titles, interest Claim & demand of us or Either
of us in the premises; to have and to hold the Same
With the appurtenances unto the Said George M. Galpin
his heirs and and assigns in fee Simple forever
     And the Said Roman B. Sanchez and Joseph
Simeon Sanchez Jnr for ourselves and our heirs do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the Said
George M. Galphin and his heirs and assigns
that we are now the owners of the Said Lots of Land
and are Seized of a good and indefeasable Estate
of inheritence therein and that we have full
power and right to Sell and Convey the Same in
fee Simple absolute; that the Said premises are free
and clear from all incumbrances that the Said
George M. Galpin his heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have hold possess, and enjoy the
Same without any Suit Molestation or interuption
by any person whatsoever lawfully Claiming and
rights therein, and that we the Said Roman B.
Sanchez and Joseph Simeon Sanchez Jnr and
all persons hereafter Claiming under us will at any
time hereafter at the request and expence of the
Said George M. Galpin his heirs and assigns 
make all Such further assurances for the more effec-
tual Conveying of the Said premises with the
appurtenances as may be reasonably required of them
And that we the Said Roman B. Sanchez and
Joseph Simeon Sanchez Jnr and our heirs will
warrant and defend the Said premises with
the appurtenances Unto the Said George M. Galpin
his heirs and Assigns forever.
