This Indenture made this 5th day of March in
the Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty between
John W. Low of the County of Columbia and the State
of Florida of the one part, and Martha W. Fitchett
of the County of Alachua in Said State of the Second part
Witnesseth That the Said party of the first part
for & in consideration of the Sum of One Hundred
Dollars to him in hand paid at & before the Sealing
& delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged & hath bargained Sold aliened infeoffed
Comfirmed & Conveyed and doth hereby bargain
Sell aliened infeoff Confirmed and Convey to the party
of the Second part a certain tract or parcel of Land
lying and being in the County of Alachua in Said
State and Situated as follows to Wit the north East
quarter of the South East quarter of Section Ten in Township
Eight South Range Eighteen East, Containing thirty nine
& Seventy 79/100 acres more or less according
to the Legal Sub division & Survey of the publick
lands of the United States To have & to hold the said
Land to the Said party of the Second part and to
her heirs and Assigns, and All the appurtenances
immoluments and hereditaments thereunto belonging
or any wise appertaining forever And the
Said party of the first part doth for himself his heirs
executors administrators and assigns, Covenant
And agree to and with the party of the Second
part to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
that he is the Just True & Lawful owner of the premises
herein Conveyed and that he will and his heirs
Executors and administrators and assigns Shall
Warrant and defend the Said lands hereby Conveyed
in the peaceable possession of the Said party of the
Second part and her heirs executors administrators
and assigns, against the lawful Claim or Claims 
of the party of the first part and all and every
person Claiming or to Claim by through or under him
In Witness Whereof the said party of the first
part has Signed his name and affixed his
Seal this the fifth day of March 1850
