That he will and his heirs and executors and administrators
Shall warrant and defend the Said premises in the
peaceable and quiet possession of the party
of the Second part and his assigns against
the lawful claim or claims of the Said party
of the first part and all and every person or
persons Claiming or to Claim by them upon or
under him or any of them.
