To have and to hold the granted premises to him the said
James Gadsden Dell his heirs & assigns forever and we the Said
Bennett M. Dell and Saml.R. Piles for Ourselves our heirs
executors and administrators covenant with the said James
Gadsden Dell and his heirs and assigns as aforesaid That the
Said James Dell died Seized of the granted premises that they
are free from all incumbrances done or Suffered by us or
Either of us That we will and our executors & administrators
Shall Warrant & defend the Same to the Said James G. Dell
& to his heirs and assigns against the Lawful claim or
demands of any & all persons claiming or to claim by
from or under the Said James Dell deceased or us or
either or any of us
In Witness Whereof we the Said Bennett M.
Dell and Samuel R. Piles executors as afore
said have Sett our hand & affixed our Seals
