Alachua County       This Indenture made this Nineteenth
day of January in the Year of One Thousand Eight hundred
and fifty-between Samuel Gieger of the first part
and John Jos. Sanchez William Dell,
Trustees of the second part and Caroline Gieger wife of the
Said Samuel Gieger of the Third part, Witnesseth,
That the party of the part for and in consideration of the
Sum of one dollar paid by the part of the Second part,
and other good and valuable considerations herein of the
expressed, Have bargained Sold and conveyed and
by these presents do bargain Sell and Convey to the party
of the Second part The following negro Slave and other
personal property to wit; A Negro woman named Feribe
aged about Twenty Years. A negro Child named Nancy
aged about Two years A negro Child named Ellen aged
about one year One Sorrel mare And Colt Ten Cows and
Calves Marked Swallow fork and under bit in one ear over Slope
in the other and branded S.G. also ten head of sheep
and all his house hold and Kitchen furniture now in his
possession, to have and to hold the above discribed property
to the party of the Second part and to their Executors, admin-
istrators and assigns;
          In Special Trust and confidence
never the less That whereas The party of Third part does (in
consideration of the Conveyance to her by the Trustee
named on this deed of the property herein discribed and
named) By these presents, Assign Set over renounce
relinquish and release to the trustees aforesaid
all her rights, title interest estate claim and property
