in and to any right of dower childs part distribution
or any other interest which She now has or might hereafter become
entitled to in the real or personal Estate of the Said Samuel Geiger
Which she now possesses or may hereafter acquire
Now it is understood and agreed by and between the parties
to these presents, that the Said John Jos. Sanchez &
William dell trustees, Shall after the Signing & sealing hereof
and in pursuance of the Said Trust convey the aforesaid
property above named to the Said party of Third part,
for her own proper and seperate right, her benefit and
control free and discharged of any all interest, and
estate of the Said party of the first part and Shall
deliver the same to her in her own proper person

Gieger, party to the foregoing deed Touching her voluntary
assent Thereto Seperate and apart from her husband Samuel
Gieger, Wherefore She the Said Caroline Gieger Says that
She voluntarily assents thereto and that the Said
relinquishment and renunciation of dower and
of the interest & claim therein mentioned, and discribed
is made freely & voluntarily by her for the consideration
therein expressed and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her husband Samuel
Gieger or of or from any other person, In Witness
Whereof the Said Caroline Gieger has affixed
