Alachua County       Know all men by these presents
that we John Jos. Sanchez & William Dell Trustees
named in the annexed deed for and in consideration
of the Stipulations made entered into in this Land
deed by the said Caroline Gieger , and in pursuance and
in Consideration of the premises, and of the aforesaid
trust, and also of the for the Sum one dollar to
us paid by Caroline Gieger the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged have bargained, Sold and delivered and
do by these presents do bargain Sell and deliver to
the Said Caroline Gieger the following property
named deed discribed in Said deed to Wit;
One negro woman named Ferebe aged about
Twenty Years One negro Child named Nancy aged
about Two Years, One negro Child named Ellen aged
about One Year. One Sorrel mare & Colt ten cows
& Calves marked Swallow fork and underbit in one
ear over Slope the other branded S.G. also ten Head
of Sheep also all the household and Kitchen furniture
now in the possession of the Said Samuel Gieger
          To have & to hold the aforesaid
Slaves and other personal property to the said Caroline
Geiger and to her executors administrators and
assigns forever
          In witness Whereof We the trustees
aforesaid have Signed and sealed this deed
this Thirteenth day of January in the year 1850

one of the Subscribing witnesses who on his oath says that
he Saw John Jos. Sanchez & William Dell Sign the foregoing
instrument of writing for the purposes therein expressed
