Alachua County     Be it remembered that on the ninth day
of April in the year One Thousand eight hundred fifty in the
Town of Newnansville in the county aforesaid, before me
Saml.W. Burnett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Said
County of Alachua, Came the within named Samuel Gieger, to me
personally known to be the grantor named and described in the
within deed and acknowledged he had truly Signed Sealed
delivered and executed the Same for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned.  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
Set my hand and Seal this day and Year above written

     This Indenture made this twelfth day of
December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand eight
hundred and forty nine, between Moses E. Levy of the
County of St. Johns of the first part and Daniel Lynn of
the County of Alachua Florida of the Second part
     Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of one Hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid hath bargained granted and Sold and
doth by these present grant bargain and Sell unto the Said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain tract or parcel of land Situated in Said
County Known as Section nineteen Township nine Range
Twenty of the Arredondo Grant
          To have and to hold the Said lands to the
Said Daniel Lynn his heirs and assigns forever~~~
          In witness Whereof I the Said party of the first part
hath hereunto Set his hand & Seal the day and year first above
written~~~~
