receipt of the purchase money or of any part thereof for her and in her
name to give sufficient receipts aquitances and discharge for the Same
and has her act and deed (to execute Seal and deliver such conveyance
and assurances in the law unto the purchaser or purchasers thereof or of any
part thereof their heirs and assigns forever Shall be needful and requisite
to be done in that respect and also for her and in her name to release
and discharge the mortgages executed to her by the Said Moses Elias
Levy of the Said Several tracts and parcels of land hereditaments
and premises or of certain parts thereof, and which Said Mortgages are
duly recorded in the County of Saint Johns Territory of Florida
on the Second day of May one Thousand Eight hundred and Twenty
Six in the proper office Book G Page 11 by James C. Cingle
and in Alachua County Said Territory of Florida, on the Sixth day
of June One Thousand Eight hundred and Twenty Six in the
proper office Book A Page 1 By James Dell upon recovering
the amount of Capitol lent and advanced upon the Said
Mortgages together with the writings due therein either of and from
the said Moses Elias Levy his Executors administrators or of and
from the purchaser or purchasers of Such part or parts of the Said
Several tracts and parcels of land hereditaments and premises as Shall
or may have been Sold or Mortgaged by the Said Moses Elias Levy
to any person or persons whomsoever and upon receipt thereof or of
any part thereof for her and in her name proper and sufficient aquintances
releases and discharges to give for the Same, and also for her
and in her name to attend and represent her at all or any meetings
or meeting of the Mortgage for other creditors of the said Moses Elias Levy
which Shall or may at anytime or times hereafter take place whensoever
the Same Shall or may be held and then and then  to consent and agree
to Such matters measures as Shall or may be deemed necessary for
the recovering and receiving the whole and full
amount of Said principle Sum and sums of Money; as Shall or may
be the due to the Said Seraphena Chanviteau for on account
of the said Sum of Fifty Thousand Francs or of the Said Mortgages
and of the interest which Shall or may be due therein respectively
and also for her and in her name to commence and prosecute
any action or actions suit or Suits or other proceedings only
Court or Courts of law equity for the money of the Sum or for
any purpose connected therewith, and the Same action or actions
Suit or Suits to prosecute and follow or to discontinue or leave to
arbitration if he Shall See cause and generally to do perform and
transact all and any or any act or acts matter or matters
thing or things lawful and necessary to be done for the entering
into and upon, and obliging possession of the Said Several tracts
