Chauviteau and Atny Alias Seraphina Chauviteau named in the
aforegoing instrument of writing and to me personally well known and
acknowledged that She did Sign and as her act and deed deliver
the Same for the purposes therein Set forth.

          Know all men by these presents that I William W. Russell
named in the annexed power of attorney having recently recovered
in express instructions that affect from Maria Seraphina Chauviteau
my constituent in the Said annexed power of attorney mentioned
do hereby constitute Moses Elias Levy the attorney of the Said
Maria Seraphina in my place to do every act and thing
for and in behalf of the Said Maria Seraphina which I could
do if personally present by virtue of the Said power of attorney
in testimony whereof I have hereto Set my hand and Seal
at the City of New York this thirteenth day of April A.D.
