                         On the thirteenth Septr. 1839, I the Subscribed
Clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid have recorded
the foregoing power of attorney in deed Book O

     This Indenture made the fifth day of April in
the Year One Thousand Eight hundred & fifty between Moses
Elias Levy of the City of Saint Augustine in the State of Florida
Joseph Delevante of the City of London in great Britton by
Moses E. Levy his attorney in fact and Serafina Chanviteau
of the City Paris in France by Moses E. Levy her attorney in fact
of the first part and Thomas Douglass of the Town of Jacksonville
County of Duval and State of Florida aforesaid of the
Second part Witnesseth
           That the said Moses Elias Levy
for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to him in hand
paid the Said party of the Second part and the Said
Joseph Delevante and Seraphina Chanviteau for and in consideration
of the Sum of Twenty five Dollars to each of them Severally
in hand paid at or before the end sealing and delivery of these
presence by the Said party of the Second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said party of the 
Second part his heirs executors and administrators
for ever released and discharged from the same by
these presence have granted, bargained, Sold, aliened,
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presence do grant bargain Sell alien remise release
convey and confirm on the Said party of the Second
part, and his heirs and assigns forever All that certain
tract or parcel of Land containing five hundred and
twenty one 21/100 acres situate lying and being in the County
of Marion in the State of Florida aforesaid and Known
described as Section Twenty (20) township number
Twelve (12) Range Number Twenty (20) and also that
certain other tract or parcel of Land containing Six
hundred and thirty nine 52/100 acres Situate lying and
being in Alachua County in Said State and Known
as described as section number thirty five (35)
