(19) each of which said section is part and parcel of
a tract of land containing two hundred and eighty nine
Thousand six hundred forty five and 5/7 acres,
granted by Don Fernando de la Maza Arrendonda
and sons on the twenty second day of December in the
year One Thousand Eight Hundred and seventeen, together
with all the singular the tenements heriditaments and
appurtenances thereunto and to each and every of the
said sections of land belonging or in any wise apper-
taining and the revertion and revertions remainder and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and also

claim and demand whatever as well in land a equity
of the said parties of the first part and of each and
every of them of, in, and to, the same, and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining,

second part and to his heirs and assigns to his

and the said Moses Elias Levy for himself his heirs 
executors and administrators doth covenant grant and
agree to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs executors administrators and assigns that he

and delivery of these presents is lawfully seized in his
own proper right of a good absolute an in a defeasable
Estate of inheratance in fee simple of and in all and
singular the above granted bargain and described
