disturbance of the said parties of the first part or either of
them or either of their heirs or assigns of of any other person
or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same and that
the same now an free and clear discharged and unimcum-
bered of and from all former and other grants title changes
estates judgements taxes assessments and encumbrances
of what nature or kind so ever and also that he the said
Moses Elias Levy and his heirs and all and every other
person or persons whomsoever lawfully or equitably deriving
any title rights or interest in or to the herein before granted
premises, by from under or interest for him or them shall
and will at any time or times hereafter upon the resonable
request and that proper costs and charges in law of the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns, make, do, 
and executor, or cause or procure to be made done
and executed all and even such furthur and other
lawful and reasonable acts conveyances and assurances
in the law for the better and more affectually vesting and con-
curring the premises hereby intended to be granted
into and to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever as by the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns
or his or their counsel learned in the law shall be reasonable devised
advised or required and that he the said Moses Elias Levy
and his heirs the above described and hereby granted bargained
and released premises and every part and parcel thereof with
their said appurtenances with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns against the said party of the first part
and his heirs and his heirs and against all and every person
and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming as to claim the same
or any part thereof shall and will warrant and and by these
presents forever defend and the said Joseph Delavanti
by the said Moses E. Levy his attorney in fact as aforesaid
and the said Serephina Chauviteau by the said Moses E.
Levy her attorney in fact as aforesaid and their heirs the above
described and hereby granted bargained and released premises
and every part and parcel thereof with their said appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against them the said Joseph Delevanti and Serephina
Chauviteau and their heirs and against all and every
all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same by through or under
them or either of them shall and will severally warrant
and by these presents forever defend
