Know all men by these presents that I George R. Fairbanks
of St. Augustine Florida for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten dollars to me in hand paid by Moses E. Levy
Joseph Delevanti, Seraphina Chavateau and Thomas Douglas
in the foregoing indenturre named do hereby for myself my heirs executors
and administrators release with the said parties above named respective-
ly all claim rights title or demand whatsoever upon the lands
tenements and hereditements herein above mentioined and described
for or on account of a certain mortgage executed to me
by said Moses E. Levy on the 2nd day of July AD 1844
in for or on account of any lease or claim professional or other-
wise.

                 Personally appeared before me Moses
E. Levy who hath executed the foregoing indenture and
acknowledged that he had executed the same and also appeared
Joseph Delevanti and Seraphina Chavateau by Moses E. Levy
their attorney in fact and severally acknowledged that
they had executed the same for the puroses then set forth
and also appeared before me Geo. R. Fairbanks and
acknowledged that he had executed the release above,
set forth and I certify that the said Moses E. Levy and
Geo. R. Fairbanks are to {me} well known
