This Indenture made this tenth day of May in the year
of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifty between
John Baxter of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the first
part and John B. Standley of the County and State aforesaid
of the Second part Witnesseth, That the Said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sun of One
Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said party of
the Second part, the receipt, whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant bargain and sell unto the Said party of 
the Second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the above named County & State, and described
in the United States Patten Certificate No 120 of the
north west quarter of Section Nine in Township No. Ten,
South of Range Fifteen East and Containing one
Hundred and Sixty acres (Issued first day of January
1849) Together with all and Singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining; and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders unto rents, Issues, and profits thereof; and
also all the Estate, rights, title, Interest, claims, or
demand whatsoever of him the said party of the first
part within law or equity of in and to the above
bargained premises, and every part and parcel thereof
I have and hold to the Said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper use, benefits,
and behoof, of the said of the Second part, his heirs and
assigns forever
