release unto the said David A. Miller the following
Lot of land lying and being situated in the Village of
Micanopy and more particularly described as follows
Commencing at the south west corner of the Lot now
owned by John A. Simonton running thence North Two
Hundred and Ten feet to a stake, Thence West Two Hun-
-dred and ten feet to a stake, Thence South Two Hundred
and ten feet to a stake, thence East Two Hundred and
ten feet to point of beginning and containing one acre
of land To Have and to Hold the above granted premis-
-es with all and singular the Houses buildings and im-
-provements thereto belong or in anywise appertaining
unto the said D.A. Miller his heirs executors adminis-
-trators and assigns in fee simple forever, and the said
parties of the first part covenants and agrees with the
said D.A. Miller that they are seized in fee of the prem-
-ises above granted That they are free from all encumbran-
-ces and that they have good and lawful right to convey
the same and that they and their heirs executors or ad-
-ministrators and assigns shall warrant and defend the
title to the same against all parties claiming or to claim
under them, In testimony whereof the parties of the first
part, have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
on this the day and year first above written

Alvania A. Barnett and Mattie F. Knox wifes of the said
E.D. Barnett and W.M. Knox of our own free will and ac-
-cord and without any fear apprehension compulsion or
constraint of or from our said Husbands became parties
to the foregoing conveyance and thereby relinquish all of
our right of Dower to the same to the said David A. Miller
for the consideration therein mentioned, I testimony where-
of we have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seals
on this the 17th day of July AD 1882,
