Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
on this the 18th day of July AD 1882, Between E.D. Barnett
Alvania A. Barnett W.M. Knox and Mattie F. Knox
parties of the first part, and A.H. & J.C. Mathers party of
the second part. Wittnesseth That for and in consideration
of the sum of one Thousand Dollars to them in hand paid
by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part have
given granted bargained sold conveyed and released and
by these presents doth so give grant bargain sell con-
vey and release unto the said ____________the following
Lot of land situated in the Town of Micanopy and more
particularly described as follows, commencing Twenty
Five feet North of the North East corner of the Lot now owned
by John A. Simonton and running thence North Two Hun-
dred and Ten feet to a Stake corner, Thence West Four Hun-
dred and Twenty feet, to a Stake, Thence South Two Hundred
and Ten feet to a Stake, Thence East Four Hundred and 
Twenty feet, To point of beginning and containing two acres
of land. To Have and to Hold the above described and gran-
ted premises, together with all and singular the Houses buil-
dings hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
