forever, and the said parties of the first part covenant and a-
gree with the said party of the second part, that they are seized
in fee of the premises afore granted, that they are free from all
encumbrances that they have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same, and the parties of the first part further
agree that they are their heirs executors administrators or
assigns shall warrant and defend the title of the same against

thereby relinquish all of our right of Dower in and to the foregoing
