         State of Florida }
         Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents, That
         we E.D. Barnett Alvania A. Barnett W.M. Knox and
         Mattie F. Knox of the County and State aforesaid for and
         in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty
         Dollars to them in hand paid by A.H. Mathers of the
         County of Alachua & State of Florida, the receipt whereof
         is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, bargained
         sold and conveyed and by these presents do so give
         grant bargain sell convey and release unto the said A.
                   all of
         H. Mathers^that certain Lot or parcel of land lying and
                                              and
         being situated in the Town of Micanopy^more partic-
         -ularly described as follows, (to wit) commencing Twenty
         Five feet North of the North East corner of a Lot now owned
         by A.H. Mathers and running North Two Hundred and
         Ten feet to a Stake Thence West Two Hundred and Ten
         feet to a Stake, Thence South Two Hundred and Ten feet
         to a Stake, Thence East Two Hundred Ten feet to point
         of beginning and containing one acre of land,
         Together with all and singular the tenements, heredita
         ments & appurtenances to the same belonging or in any-
         -wise appertaining, To Have and to Hold the same unto him
         the said A.H. Mathers and to his heirs executes and
         assigns in fee simple absolute forever.   And we E.
         D. Barnett Alvania A. Barnett and W.M. Knox and Mat-
         -tie F. Knox do hereby covenant and agree to and with
         the said A.H. Mathers that we are seized in fee of the
         premises herein conveyed, and that we have good and
         lawful right to sell the same, That the same is free
         from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, And
         that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
         shall and will forever warrant and defend the same un-
         -to him the said A.H. Mathers and his heirs executors ad-
         -ministrators and assigns against the lawful claims or
         or demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claim
         -ing or hereafter to claim the same. In witness whereof
         we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on
         this the ___ day of July AD 1882
