assigns to his and their use and behoof forever and we the said Samuel
Thomas & Wife Sarah Thomas for ourselves & our heirs executors and admin-
istrators do covenant with the said C.A.W. Thomas his heirs and assigns that
we are lawfully seized in fee simple of the above granted premises that they
are free from all incumbrances that we have a good right to sell and convey
the same to the said C.A.W. Thomas his heirs and assigns for ever as
aforesaid and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the said C.A.W. Thomas his heirs and
assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever. In Witness
Whereof I the said Samuel Thomas and I the said Sarah Thomas wife
of the said Samuel Thomas in token of any release for the above consideration
of all my right title interest of in and to dower in the above
granted premises have hereunto set our hands and seals this the

Alachua County Before me Thos H. Fletcher a Justice of the Peace in
and for said county personally came Samuel Thomas and wife Sarah
Thomas the bargainors with whom I am personally acquainted did
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed for the purposes
herein expressed and the said Sarah Thomas wife of the said Samuel
Thomas separate and apart from her said husband and acknowledged
that she executed the foregoing deed of her own free will and accord
without compulsion constraint or fear of or from her said husband
the said Samuel Thomas.
