Estimation 63 acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto him the
said Solomon F. Halliday and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute, And I the said Penelope L. Standley
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Solomon F. Halliday
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Solomon F. Halliday and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In
Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on
this 8th day of July AD 1882

Subscribing witnesses thereto

                George R. Hotchkiss to Henry Floyd
                              "Deed"
State of Florida   Know all men by these presents that George
Alachua County     R. Hotchkiss of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to him in hand paid
by Henry Floyd of the County of Alachua in the state of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the said Henry Floyd all of that certain lot
piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known and described
as follows to wit; The South East quarter of the North East quarter
of Sec eleven in Township Eight South of Range Twenty one East
containing forty acres more or less SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 Sec 11 T8 SR 21 E
