              "Power of Attorney"
Know all men by these presents that I Magdalena C. Schuyler of the 
Town of Greenbush in the County of Rensselaer and State of New York
have made constituted and appointed and by these Presents do make
constitute and appoint George W. Schuyler of Waldo Alachua Co Florida
my true and lawful Attorney for me and in my name place and stead
to sell and dispose of my farm situate in the Town of Waldo in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida about four miles from Waldo and
one mile from Lake Santa Fe being the same premises recently conveyed
to me by M. Dayton and containing forty acres absolutely in fee simple
for such price or sum of money and to such person or persons as he
shall think first convenient and also for me & in my name and as
my act and deed to sign seal execute & deliver such deeds & conveyances and
agreements to be therein contained as my said attorney shall think fit and
expedient hereby ratifying and confirming all such leases deeds conveyances
bargains and sales which shall at any time hereafter be made by my
said attorney touching or concerning the premises giving and granting
unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and perform
all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present with full
power of Substitution and revocation hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney or his Substitute shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue thereof. In Witness whereof I have
