William D. Morange whose name is subscribed to the certificate of proof or
acknowledgement of the annexed instrument in writing and endorsed thereon
was at the time of taking such proof or acknowledgement a Notary Public in
and for the county aforesaid dwelling in the said county and duly authorized to
take the same: And that I am well acquainted with the hand writing of the
said Notary and verily believe that the signature to the said certificate of

  Peter G. Snowden & Wife to L.G. Miller
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents Wee Peter G. Snowden and
Alachua County   } E.C. Snowden his wife of the County of Alachua and 
State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars
to us in hand paid by Mrs L.G. Miller of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Mrs L.G. Miller her heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
the following described lot or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: The North East
quarter (1/4) of the North East quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty one (21) Township
Ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East containing Forty (40) acres more
or less. To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and 
described premises together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the said Mrs L.G. Miller her heirs executors administrator
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And the said Peter G.
Snowden and E.C. Snowden his wife for themselves and for their heirs
executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with
the said Mrs L.G. Miller that they will and their heirs executors
administrators and assigns shall forever warrant and defend the title to
the above described premises against all and every person whomsoever
