(60) feet in width and over the entire length of said North East quarter of
said Section Twenty nine (29) in Township Nine (9) South of Range Twenty
(20) East. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the said strip or parallelogram of land belonging or in
anywise appertaining. Together also with the right and privilege to the said
Florida Southern Railway Company and to its successors and assigns perpetually 
to use said strip of land for Railway purposes and to operate its said
Railway on and over the same in the passage of Engines cars and trains
of cars for the transportation of persons and property by steam or otherwise
and together also with the right and privilege in and to said Florida
Southern Railway Company to drain said strip or parallelogram of land
hereby conveyed in necessary and to keep the same drained over land
adjacent thereto and together also with the right and privilege in and 
to said Florida Southern Railway Company and to its successors and
assigns to keep the land bordering on each side of said strip of 
land hereby conveyed for a distance of one hundred (100) feet on each
side of the center line of the road-bed of said Florida Southern Railway
over and across said tract of land above described free and clear of all
timber or other overhanging structures that may be dangerous to
the track of said Railway. To Have and to Hold the said Strip
or parallelogram of land hereby absolutely conveyed and the said
rights and privileges hereby granted to the said Florida Southern 
Railway Company and to its successors and assigns forever.
