State of Florida  } This Indenture made this 29th day of June in the
County of Alachua } year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and
Eighty Two Between Wm K. Lynn and Emma Lynn his wife of the property
herein below described parties of the first part and J.D. Barrow and Nannie
Barrow his wife parties of the second part all of said State and county
Witnesses that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Five Hundred Dollars lawful money to the aforesaid Wm K. Lynn
well and truly paid by the parties of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged Do by these presents grant bargain alien
sell transfer convey release and confirm unto the said parties of the 
second part their heirs administrators and assigns all of the following
lands situate lying and being in the aforesaid state and county and
known and described on the public maps as follows to wit = The (SE1/4)
South East quarter of Section (1) one Township (10) Ten S Rang (14)
Fourteen South and East containing (160) One Hundred and Sixty acres more
or less. Together with the members rights privileges tenements hereditaments
