deed to me well known who being privately examined separate and apart
from her said husband acknowledged that she executed Jointly
with her said husband the foregoing deed for the purposes and
objects therein expressed and contained and with intention and design
to relinquish renounce and forever release unto the said J.D. Barrow
his heirs and assigns all her right claim interest and title in and to
the premises thereby conveyed and the said Emma Lynn acknowledged
that this release relinquishment and conveyance of her interest in the
premises aforesaid is made freely and voluntarily and without and
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
as husband or trustee.
