and J.D. Barrow and Nanciy Barrow his wife parties of the Second part
Witnesses that the parties of the first part for and in consideration  of the sum
of One Hundred dollars lawful money to the aforesaid John M. Faircloth well
and truly paid by the parties of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged. Do by these presents grant bargain alien sell transfer convey
release and confirm unto the said parties of the second part their heirs adminis=
=trators and assigns all the following lands situate lying and being in the aforesaid
State and County and known and described on the public maps as follows To wit
the (S1/2 of the SE1/4) South half of the South East quarter of Section (36)
Thirty Six Township (9) nine Range (14) fourteen South and East containing (80)
Eighty acres more or less together with the members rights privileges tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining and
also the interest right claim and title in and to all and singular the
premises aforesaid And the said parties of the first part, do bind themselves
their heirs Executors administrators and Each of them to warrant and forever
defend the titles to the premises aforesaid to the said parties of the second
part and to their heirs administrators and assigns to have and to hold the
the premises aforesaid in fee simple forever agains all parties legally
claiming the same. In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first
above written

County of Alachua  } Personally appeared before the subscriber Muscoga
Faircloth wife of John M. Faircloth and heir of the premises conveyed
in the above deed to me well known who being privately examined separate
and apart from her said husband acknowledged that she executed jointly with
her said husband the foregoing deed for the purposes and objects therein
expressed and contained and with the intention and design to relinquish
renounce and forever release unto the said J.D. Barrow his heirs and
assigns all her right claim interest and title in and to the premises
thereby conveyed and the said Muscoga Faircloth acknowledged
that this release relinquishment and conveyance of her interest in the
premises aforesaid is made freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
as husband or trustee. In Testimony whereof she the said Muscoga
Faircloth hereunto set her hand and seal
