                Zadoc M. Sanders To Sarah Hines
                           "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Zadoc M. Sanders of
Alachua County   } the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of Twenty five dollars to me in hand paid by Sarah Hines of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Sarah Hines all of that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit: beginning at
the SW corner of the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 16 T 10 S R 22 E thence
North 10 Chs (gunthers): thence East 10 Chs thence South 10 Chs thence West
10 Chs back to place of beginning containing by estimation ten acres of
land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To
Have and Hold the same unto the said Sarah Hines and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And
I the said Zadoc M. Sanders do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Sarah Hines that I am lawfully seized in fee of the 
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto the said Sarah Hines and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 26, day of December AD 1881
