               John E. Lambeth To Phillip Miller
                                            "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I John E. Lambeth
Alachua County   } Batchelor of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars
($25000) to me in hand paid by Phillip Miller the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presence do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
Phillip Miller all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit Lot
numbered three (3) of the South half of section thirty two (32) Township
nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East as the same appears on a Map
or Platt of the said South half of said section thirty two (32)
Township nine (9) Range Twenty (20) made by W.C. Miller Civil
Engineer and Surveyor which said Map or Platt is duly recorded in
Deed Book K at page 203 of the Public Records of said Alachua
County containing by estimation ten acres of land more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold
the same unto him the said Phillip Miller and his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and I the said
John E. Lambeth do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Phillip Miller that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that I have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
