acknowledged do hereby bargain sell and convey unto the said Thos C. Ellis
his heirs Executors & administrators all of those certain lots or parcels of
land lying and being in the said State & County and known and described 
in Nathan Spencer's survey as lots thirty three (33) & thirty four (34) the
same being a fractional portion of the West half of sec six (6) Township
ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East and bounded on the north by
the lands of Freeze and on the west by the lands of James B. Brown
containing in all ten acres together with all and singular the 
tenements rights privileges advantages and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the said
described premises to the said Thomas C. Ellis his heirs Executors &
Administrators & to his & their own proper use benefit & behoof forever in
fee simple And we the said Sarah Kearns formerly Sarah Spencer
and James W. Spencer as Executors as aforesaid do hereby warrant and
defend the title to the lands above granted and described as fully &
effectually as we can do as Executors as aforesaid. In Witness Whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this the 29th
day of May AD 1882

and deliver to Thomas C. Ellis the foregoing deed of conveyance
for the uses and purposes & consideration therein contained & expressed

State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that we Robt E.
Alachua County   } Johnson and Thos A. Johnson Executors of the Estate
of Augustus H. Johnson (deceased) of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of three dollars to us
in hand paid by Julius H. Johnson of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell
