and convey unto the said Julius H. Johns his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever the following described lot or
parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida to wit: Beginning at the South East corner of Section
(23) twenty three thence East thirty links thence North 2° West twenty
one chains and eighty links thence North 81° West fifteen chains and
fifty links to corner in pond: thence South 7° West twenty four chains
and Eighty seven links to corner on Section line thence East on Section
line Eighteen chains and Eighteen links back to place of beginning
containing thirty nine 28/100 acres more or less. Commencing again at
the North West corner of Section Twenty four all in township 11 South
Range Twenty one East thence East on section line thirty six chains
thirty six links thence south 2° West thirteen chains and Sixty three
links to place of beginning thence East forty three chains and fifty links
to Range line 22 E. thence South Sixteen chains and ninety two links
thence West forty three chains and fifty links thence North Sixteen
chains and ninety two links back to place of beginning containing
Seventy three 60/100 acres more or less. To Have and to Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the said Julias H. Johnson his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and the said
- for - and for - heirs executors administrators and assigns do
covenant and agree to and with the said that - will and - heirs
executors administrators and assigns shall forever warrant and
defend the title to the above described premises against all and every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same
