Annie L.  Barton To Frank Williams
                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Annie L.
Alachua County   } Barton and D.W.L. Barton of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty five dollars to us in
hand paid by Frank Williams of the County of Alachua in the State of 
Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said Frank Williams all of that
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: Commencing at the North West corner of
the D.L. Clinch Grant Running East four hundred and Eighteen
feet (418) Thence North four hundred and Eighteen feet (418) Thence West
four hundred and Eighteen feet (418) Thence South four hundred and
Eighteen feet (418) to point of departure containing four acres more
or less the same being a fractional part of section Twenty seven
(27) Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen (19) Arredondo Grant containing by
estimation four acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto him the said
Frank Williams and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple and absolute and we the said Annie L. Barton and D.W.L.
Barton do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Frank
Williams that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encum=
brances of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said Frank Williams and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 27 day of June AD 188

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 27 day of June AD
Alachua County   } 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Annie
L. Barton the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign
the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquish=
ing and announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
