Arredondo the party of the second part shall lose the use of the land
so used & appropriated & that the expense of moving the fence &c
Shall be paid by the party of the first part. If it should be wanted by
the party of the second part his heirs or assigns the party of the first
part agrees to renew this contract for a period of three years from
its expiration on the same terms and conditions except that fifty
orange trees less than two years old can be planted yearly for the
annual rent instead of one hundred & fifty trees as now agreed for the
rent of the whole term of three years: provided twenty five dollars
amount rent is not required. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands & seals this the date above mentioned

  The Florida Land and Immigration Company to Brainerd Mitchell
No. 832                  "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this the Eighth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two
Between the Florida Land and Immigration Company a body corporate
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the first part and
Brainerd Mitchell of the County of Bradford and State of Florida party
of the second part Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to it in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given, granted aliened
bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed and does by
these presents give, grant alien, bargain sell transfer remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of
Land situate lying and being in the County of Bradford and State
of Florida and known and described on the public maps and records
