     Henry Elliot et al To W.H.H. Folk
                            "Deed"
This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of May in the year of our 
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty by and between Henry
Elliot and Edwin W. L'Engle and Eliza H. L'Engle by their attorney Henry
Elliot (with Power of Attorney duly recorded in office of County Clerk of
Alachua County State of Florida of the first part and W.H.H. Folk of the
second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in lawful
money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened enfeoffed released and conveyed and do by these presents
grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and convey unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever the following
described piece or parcel of land to wit; one Block of four lots in
Elliot & L'Engle's addition to the town of Gainesville in Alachua County
in the State of Florida Situated in Section thirty three (33) Township
Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) and being Block two (2) of Range three (3) in the
plan of survey made by John S. Banks surveyor of said county & state and
duly recorded in the clerks office of said county of Alachua and
State aforesaid being two hundred feet (200) square with avenue fixty***
feet North & South & Streets thirty fee wife both East & West of the same as
appears by the map of Orangeburg by which said addition to the town of
Gainesville is known Together with all the improvements ways easements
rights privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining and all the remainders revisions rents issues and profits
thereof and all the estate right title interest claim and demand
Either at law or in equity or otherwise however of the said parties of the first
part of, in, to or out of the said pieces or parcels of ground and premises
to Have and to Hold the said pieces or parcels of ground and premises and
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to
his & their sole use benefit and behoof forever And the said Henry
Elliot for himself and as attorney for Edwin W. L'Engle & E.H. L'Engle for
their heirs executors and administrators does hereby covenant promise
and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns that they the said parties of the first part and their heirs shall
and will warrant and forever defend the said pieces or parcels of ground
and premises and appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns from and against the claims of all persons claiming
or to claim the same or any part thereof by from under or through them
the said Henry Elliot Edwin W. L'Engle & E.H. L'Engle or whomsoever
And further that they the said parties of the first part and their heirs
shall and at any and at all times hereafter upon the request and at the 
cost of the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns make and
execute all such other deed or deeds or other assurance in law for the
more certain and effectual conveyance of the said pieces or parcels of
ground and premises and appurtenances unto the said party of the second
