State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Annie E. Jarvis
Alachua County   } formerly Annie E. Beattie in her own right and as Executrix of
Geo F.K. Beattie deceased) and James H. Jarvis her husband for and in
consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to us cash in hand paid
by Wm H.H. Folk of the aforesaid County and State the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
William H.H. Folk all those certain Lots pieces or parcels of land Situated
